The Class VII Debt Securities are denominated and will be payable in Argentine Pesos. The Class VIII Debt Securities are denominated in US dollars and will be payable in cash in US dollars in Argentina.
The Class VII Debt Securities will mature on September 16, 2027, with a floating interest rate equivalent to the TAMAR rate plus a 4.25% margin. The Class VIII Debt Securities will mature on September 16, 2028, and will accrue interest at a fixed interest rate of 5.75%.
