TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Agrícola Noroeste S.R.L. as issuer (the “Issuer”) and Fretes & Grinenco Abogados advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. as arranger, placement agent and guaranteeing entity (the “Arranger, Placement Agent and Guaranteeing Entity”), on the issuance of the Series I Notes with a nominal value of USD 1.700,000; maturing on January 8, 2029, and will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.49%, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars in Argentina; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. in their capacity as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
Agrícola Noroeste S.R.L. is engaged in the sale, repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. With 30 years of experience, the Company is an official CASE dealer and also distributes Crucianelli seeders and products manufactured by Maízco and Ascanelli. The Company primarily operates in the Argentine provinces of Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Córdoba, La Pampa, San Luis and Chaco.
