TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Ruta 3 Automotores S.A. as issuer (the “Issuer”), and Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados advised as Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. as arranger and placement agent, and Banco Mariva S.A, Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Comafi S.A. as arrangers, placement agents and guarantee entities (the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of Series I notes for an aggregate amount of AR$2,400,000,000, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, maturing on September, 8 2028 and which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the Private TAMAR Rate plus a -1,20% margin, issued under the Low-Impact Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization (the “Notes”).

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Comafi S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).

Ruta 3 is an Argentinian company with over 50 years of expertise in the market, fully dedicated into selling new and used cars and spare parts of Renault in Argentina.
