TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the Tranche II of the Individual Financial Trust “Solidarity Financial Trust of Public Infaestructure NASA IV” (“Financial Trust”) within the framework of the General Resolution 839/20 from CNV for the “Special Regime of Solidarity Financial Trust Programs for the assistance to the national, provincial and/or municipal public sector”.
On April 20, 2023, the Financial Trust issued the Trust Debt Securities with Social Impact Tranche II VS related to the sustainability of Nucleoeléctrica Argentina S.A., for a nominal value of USD 80,000,000 (US Dollars eighty million), maturing on August 1, 2033.
The Financial Trust whose Tranche I was issued February, 2023 is aimed at obtaining financing for the development of the life extension projects of Atucha I nuclear power plant and dry storage of spent fuels for Atucha I and II nuclear power plant.
BICE Fideicomisos S.A. as trustee and issuer, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina S.A. as trustor, Nación Bursátil as main placement agent and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco de Valores S.A., SBS Trading S.A. and Cohen S.A. as placement agents participated in the transaction.
