TCA Tanoira Cassagne advises on the issuance of the third Series of Notes by Ricardo Venturino

TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Ricardo Venturino S.A. as issuer and Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as arrangers and placement agents in the issuance of the Series III Class I Notes for a par value of US$ 1,050,000 at a 119.01% of par value and a 0% rate, denominated in U.S. dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on September 7, 2025 (the “Series III Class I Notes“); and Series III Class II Notes for a par value of US$ 3,750,000 at a 111.75% of par value and a 2,00% rate, denominated in U.S. dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on September 7, 2026 (the “Series III Class II Notes“, and together with Series III Class I Notes, the “Notes”).

The Notes were issued on September the 7th, 2023. The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Macro S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Supervielle S.A. as Guaranteeing Entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).

Ricardo Venturino S.A. is an official concessionaire of John Deere Argentina S.A. whose main commercial activities are: the wholesale of new models of agricultural machinery manufactured by John Deere, the commercialization of multi-brand second-hand machinery received in concept of payment for the new John Deere units sold, the commercialization of John Deere’s official agricultural machinery parts for replacement and providing maintenance services for the units sold.
