TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Ratto Hnos S.A.C.F.A. as issue and Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco Supervielle S.A. y Banco CMF S.A. as arrangers an placement agents in the issuance of Series I Class 1 Notes under the Low-Impact Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for an aggregate value of AR$2,135,045,850 at a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Tamar Rate plus a margin of 3.87% annual interest fixed rate of 8.75%, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos maturing on August 6, 2027 (the “Notes“). The Notes were issued on February 11, 2026.

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco CMF S.A. as Guarantee Entities duly authorized by the CNV.

Ratto Hnos. is an Argentinean company of the agricultural sector. The Company is a John Deere concessionaire that sells farm machinery in 5 (five) sales points to a wide range of customers.
