TCA Tanoira Cassagne advises on the issuance of “INVERNEA PROTEÍNA PYME SERIE 4” Financial Trust.


On May 9, “INVERNEA PROTEINA PYME SERIES 4” Trust Fund issued certificates of participation for a nominal value of $AR 4,550,000,000 (the “Certificates of Participation”), due on May 9, 2034 (the “Trust”) under the Global Securities Program “INVERNEA PROTEINA” (the “Program”).

The Trust aims to boost production and development of regional economies and PyME (Small and medium-sized enterprises for its acronym in Spanish) value chains in the Argentine agribusiness sector.

The use of proceeds focuses on beef for cow/calf, backgrounding, finishing, and sale and. purchasing agricultural commodities, having been approved as a PYME Trust Fund, investments must target PYME farmers and ranchers in order to maintain its PYME status. Activities are concentrated in the provinces of Corrientes, Entre Ríos and Buenos Aires.

CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A. participated in the transaction as trustee and issuer, Invernea S.R.L. in its capacity as technical operator, ARG Capital S.A. as arranger, Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. as main placement agent and PP Inversiones S.A., Veta Capital S.A. and GMC Valores S.A. as placement agents.
