TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised ALZ Nutrientes S.A. as issuer, SBS Trading S.A. as arranger an placement agent, Cucchiara y Cía S.A. and SBT Valores S.A. as placement agents and Fiduciaria CFI S.A.U., acting as trustee of “Fondo de Garantía CFI Fideicomiso” as guarantee entity in the issuance of Series I Notes under the Low-Impact Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for an aggregate value of US$900,000 at an annual interest fixed rate of 8.75%, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars in Argentina maturing on December 22, 2027 (the “Notes”). The Notes were issued on December 22, 2025.

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Fiduciaria CFI S.A.U., acting as trustee of “Fondo de Garantía CFI Fideicomiso” as Guarantee Entitiy duly authorized by the CNV.
ALZ Nutrientes is a company that stands out in both animal and plant nutrition. In animal nutrition, it elaborates products for cattle feed in the form of liquid diets and in wet presentations in microsilos, while in plant nutrition it commercializes its own and third-party products. Therefore, the company is leader in the sale of biostimulants in Argentina.
