TCA Tanoira Cassagne (“TCA”) advised Agroempresa Colón S.A. as issuer and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. (“Banco Itaú” or the “Placement Agent”) as arranger and placement agent in the issuance of the Series IX Class II Notes for a par value of
US$ 1,000,000 at a 121.78% of par value and a 0% rate, denominated in U.S. dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on May 23, 2025 (the “Series IX Class II Notes“).
The Notes were issued on May 23, 2023. The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
