TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Yacopini Mirai S.A. (“Yacopini Mirai” or the “Company”), as issuer, and a Banco Comafi S.A. as placement agent, in the first issuance of Series I Notes of Yacopini Mirai for an aggregate amount of AR$100,000,000 (Pesos one hundred million) (the “Notes”), denominated and to be paid in pesos, due on June 6, 2024, with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 2.00%. The Notes were issued on June 6, 2023.

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Comafi S.A. as Guaranty Entity.

Yacopini Mirai is an official dealer of Nissan Argentina S.A. for Mendoza, including the sale of 0km and used vehicles, savings plans, spare parts and maintenance and repair services.
