TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Radiadores Prats S.A. (“Radiadores” or the “Company”), as issuer, and Banco Supervielle S.A. as placement agent, in the first issuance of Series I Notes of Radiadores for an aggregate amount of AR$200,000,000 (the “Notes”), denominated and to be paid in pesos, due on May 31, 2025, with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 3.00%. The Notes were issued on May 31, 2023.

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A. as Guaranty Entity.

Radiadores is a company dedicated to the production of harvesters, agro-parts for agricultural machinery factories, and special products for the Oil & Gas sector. It currently develops its activities in two Argentinian provinces (Cordoba and Santa Fe).
