TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised C&C Medical’s S.A. as issuer and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as Arranger, Placement Agent an Guarantee Entity in the issuance of Series I Notes due on August 19th, 2026, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, for an aggregate amount of AR$ 700,000,000 and accruing a floating interest rate equal to the BADLAR rate plus a 3.98% margin (the “Notes”).
