TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised ALZ Nutrientes S.A., as issuer, and Banco Supervielle S.A. as arranger and placement agent in the issuance of Series I Class II Guaranteed Notes for an aggregate value of US$394,715, at a price of 110% and a rate of 0%, denominated in U.S. dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in argentine pesos, maturing on June 29, 2026 (the “Notes“).

ALZ Nutrientes is a company that stands out in both animal and plant nutrition. In animal nutrition, it elaborates products for cattle feed in the form of liquid diets and in wet presentations in microsilos, while in plant nutrition it commercializes its own and third-party products. Therefore, the company is leader in the sale of biostimulants in Argentina.
