(“SIDERSA”), a national enterprise with a track record of 60 years in the steel industry and renewable energies, in the access to public offering regime for bond issuance and the creation of the global program for bond issuance for a maximum amount of up to U$S150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the “Program”), which authorization was granted by the National Securities Commission (the “CNV” for its acronym in Spanish) on May 23rd, 2023.
