With the legal advice of TCA – Tanoira Cassagne Abogados, IOF Company, an Agtech company, which through its IoT and blockchain technology connects the assets in the field to its platform, providing them identity and proof of existence to solve traceability, security and liquidity problems, closed its investment round with an investment amount of USD 1,500,000 at a pre-money valuation of the company of USD 6,000,000.

Investors that participated the investment round include Draper Cygnus, Xperiment Ventures, Innventure, Rio Uruguay Seguros, among others.

This first investment will be aimed at strengthening IOF Company position in Argentina, consolidating its role in the region and continuing its global expansion process, particularly in Brazil.

TCA – Tanoira Cassagne, through its New Business, Innovation and Digital Transformation area, advised IOF Company’s founders and team throughout the entire execution of the financing round.
