TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the increase of total amount and updating of the Global Program for the issuance of Simple Notes under the SME Regime for an aggregate amount of up to US$ 19,500,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) in circulation at any time (the “Program”) of ALZ Semillas S.A. (the “Company”).

In the issuance of Series VII Notes under the Program, TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised the Company as issuer; Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. as arrangers and placement agents; and Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco CMF S.A., Allaria S.A. y SBS Trading S.A. as placement agents, in the issuance of the US$ 10,000,000 Dollar-Linked Series VII Notes (the “Notes”), at a price rate of 103.51 % and with a fixed rate of 2.00%, due on September 29, 2025.

ALZ Semillas S.A. is a company with focus in the development of a portfolio of products with genetic aggregates recognized by leading companies, the sale of products through a network of distributors and the technical positioning of the product throughout the country. The main sales product is hybrid corn seeds.
