TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Puente Hnos. S.A., as issuer and placement agent (“Puente Hnos.”), in the issuance of class IV notes for a nominal amount of US$ 20,394,733 (the “Class IV Notes”).

The Class IV Notes are denominated in US dollars and will be payable in US dollars in Argentina, maturing on May 12, 2029, and will accrue interest at a fixed interest rate of 6.50%.
