TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the creation of the program of trust debt securities “PEDIDOSYA CRÉDITOS” (the “Program”) for a total aggregate amount of UVAS 39,000,000 and the issuance of the first financial trust “PEDIDOSYA CRÉDITOS” SERIE 1 (the “Trust”), under the Program for a total aggregate amount of AR$10,548,000,000, which were rated “AAA.ar(sf)” by Moody’s Local AR ACR S.A.

TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee and issuer and Delivery Hero Financial Services S.A. acted as trustor. Allaria S.A. acted as Arrangement agent and Placement agent of the Trust and Latin Securities S.A.U. and PP Inversiones S.A. acted as Placement agents of the Trust.

Delivery Hero Financial Services S.A. is a company dedicated to providing financial services within the PedidosYa ecosystem, offering a proprietary technology solution for granting credit and for managing and processing electronic collections and payments on behalf of merchants on the platform.
