TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Trefelt Argentina S.A. (“Trefelt”) as issuer and Banco Mariva as arranger and placement agent in the issuance of Series I notes under the Low-Impact Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for an aggregate amount of AR$1,000,000,000, denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, maturing on March 5th, 2028 and which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the Private TAMAR Rate plus a 1.99% margin (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Mariva as Guarantee Entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
