The Province of Tierra del Fuego (the “Province”) has successfully issued Series II Class 1 and Class 2 Treasury Notes maturing on July 6, 2023, and August 4, 2023 for a total aggregate amount of AR$2,300,000,000 (“Treasury Notes Series II”), under the Province’s Global Treasury Notes Program for the year 2023, within the total aggregate amount of AR$ 5,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies (the “Program”). The issue date of the Treasury Notes Series II was June 6, 2023.

Treasury Notes Series II secured with the assignment of Federal Tax Co-Participation Regime paid to the Province.

Banco Comafi S.A. acted as arranger and placement agent. Puente Hnos S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U. and Banco Supervielle S.A. acted as placement agents.
