TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Yacopini SüdS.A. as issuer and Banco Comafi and Comafi Bursátil as placement agents in the issuance of the Series I Notes with a nominal value of ARS 1,000,000,000; denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a -1,10% margin, maturing on July 31, 2027; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Comafi in their capacity as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission.

Yacopini Südis an official dealer of Volkswagen for Mendoza, including the sale of 0km and used vehicles, savings plans, spare parts and maintenance and repair services.
