TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Jemersoft S.A.S. as issuer (the “Issuer”) and Dracma Investments S.A. as arranger and placement agent on the issuance of the Series I, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars in the Republic of Argentina (MEP dollar) with a nominal value of US$250,000, maturing on January 24, 2028, which will accrue interest at a fix nominal annual interest rate of 8,00%; issued under the National Securities and Exchange Commission’s Automatic Public Offering Authorization Regime for its Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Avales del Centro S.G.R. in its capacity as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission.
