TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Armoraut S.A. as issuer and Banco Galicia as placement agent, in the issuance of the Series I Notes under the Automatic Authorization Framework for Low-Impact Public Offerings with a nominal value of ARS 1,000,000,000; denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a 0% margin, maturing on March 6, 2028 (the “Notes”).

The Notes will be issued on March 6, 2026 and are fully guaranteed by Banco Galicia in their capacity as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).

ARMORAUT S.A. is a company dedicated, since 2000, to the sale of motor vehicles as an official Ford dealership in Argentina. Prior to that, from 1992 to 2000, the sale of Ford vehicles was handled by DIETRICH SA.
