TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Georgalos Hnos. S.A.I.C.A. (“Georgalos”) as issuer; Banco Comafi S.A. and Banco Supervielle S.A. as arrangers and placement agents; and Comafi Bursátil S.A. as sub‑placement agent, in the issuance of Series I Class 1 notes under the Automatic Authorization Framework for Low-Impact Public Offerings for an aggregate amount of $8,344,240,200, denominated and payable in Pesos, which will accrue interest at a variable nominal annual rate equivalent to the TAMAR Rate plus a margin of –0.5%, maturing on July 12, 2028 (the “Notes”).

The Notes were issued on 12 May 2026 and are guaranteed by Banco Comafi and Banco Supervielle in their capacity as guarantee entities authorized by the National Securities Commission.
