TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised AKRON S.A. (“AKRON”) as issuer; Becerra Bursátil S.A. as arranger and placement agent and Capital Gain Bursátil S.A. as arranger in the issuance of Series I notes under the Automatic Authorization Framework for Medium-Impact Public Offerings for an aggregate amount of US$2,000,000 denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars in the Argentine Republic (MEP Dollar), maturing on April 9, 2029 and bearing interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 8.50% (the “Notes”). The Notes are fully guaranteed by the shareholders of the company.
