TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Cohen S.A., as issuer, placement agent and arranger, and S&C Inversiones S.A., as placement agent, in connection with the issuance of the Series I Notes under the Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for Expanded Medium-Impact Offerings of the Argentine Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores or “CNV”).

The transaction represents the first issuance completed under this new regime, introduced by the CNV as part of the regulatory reform known as the “Regulatory Big Bang”, aimed at simplifying and streamlining companies’ access to the capital markets.
