Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria S.A. acts as trustee and the Private Financial Trust “Fullcredit Collection” —represented by CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A. in its capacity as financial trustee and not in its personal capacity— as trustors.

Fullcredit S.A. is an Argentine company specialized in the granting of personal loans.

The “Fullcredit Collection” trust was established to acquire and manage portfolios of loans previously originated by its respective trustors. CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A. serves as financial trustee of the trust.
