TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Gente de La Pampa S.A. as issuer and StoneX Securities S.A. as arranger and placement agent, under the National Securities and Exchange Commission´s (CNV, for its acronym in Spanish) new Automatic Authorization Framework for Medium-Impact Public Offerings. The notes were issued with a nominal value of USD 1,200,000, maturing on January 31, 2027, and will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 10.00%, denominated in U.S. dollars and subscribed, settled and payable in Argentine pesos in Argentina (the “Notes”).

Gente de La Pampa S.A. is an agribusiness founded in 1976 whose businesses are divided into three groups: (i) sunflower, in which refined oil is obtained; (ii) soybean production, whose main product is the soybean meal; and (iii) animal nutrition, in which special formulas are prepared for both breeding and dairy farming.
