TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Ledesma S.A.A.I., in its capacity as borrower, on the structuring of two medium-term loans for the pre-financing of exports, one for €5,000,000 and another for US$44,250,000 granted by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.

The financing will enable Ledesma to continue strengthening its leading position in the production of sugar and paper, as well as in other strategic businesses.

Currently, Ledesma operates in several business lines, including Sugar and Alcohol (both hydrated, for traditional uses, and anhydrous, for biofuels), Paper and Stationery products, Fruits, Juices and Essential Oils, and Agriculture and Livestock.

Ledesma is a leader in the domestic markets for the production and commercialization of sugar, alcohol, reams of paper, notebooks, and school refill paper, and is also the main exporter of oranges and grapefruits in Argentina.

This transaction is part of Ledesma’s financing strategy to continue driving the growth of its businesses, expand its production capacity, and strengthen its international profile as a competitive and sustainable producer.
