TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Patagonian Fruits S.A. and Moño Azul S.A.C.I. y A. as borrower (the “Borrowers”) and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. as lenders (the “Lenders”) in the structuring of a US$9,775,000 syndicated loan.

The first disbursement took place on September 5, 2025.

The Borrowers are dedicated to the cultivation, preservation, conditioning, and commercialization of fresh fruit.
