TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Hattrick Energy S.A.S as issuer, and Banco CMF as arranger and placement agent in the first issuance under the National Securities and Exchange Commission´s (CNV, for its acronym in Spanish) new Automatic Authorization Regime for its Medium Impact. The Notes (Medium Impact) Series I Class 1 were issued with a nominal value of USD 7,000,000, maturing on August 21, 2028, and will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 9.50%, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars in Argentina.

Hattrick Energy S.A.S. is an Argentine company primarily engaged in the extraction of crude oil. Since 2019, it has begun marketing its own crude oil, produced and processed at Lindero de Piedra, entering into commercial agreements with leading oil companies and refineries. Additionally, in 2019, it agreed to construct a crude oil unloading facility in the city of Malargüe.

Roberto E. Silva, president of the CNV, highlighted: “We are proud that the simplification and streamlining of processes we have implemented under the innovative special Automatic Public Offering regimes, both for low and medium impact issuances and for frequent issuers, have produced successful results.” He added: “These regimes contribute to deregulating the capital market, simplifying issuance procedures, and granting greater freedom to market participants to choose the timing of their offerings”.

The objective of this simplified regime is to encourage and expedite companies’ access to productive financing through capital markets, promoting issuer diversification and strengthening the real economy.
