TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. (“ICBC”), in its capacity as lender, on the structuring and granting of a secured loan to Raghsa S.A. (“RAGHSA”), for a total amount of U$S 20,000,000.

RAGHSA is a company with a track record dating back to 1969, engaged in the development of AAA corporate office buildings, premium residential towers under the Le Parc brand, and the management of high-end real estate assets.

The proceeds of the financing will be used for the acquisition of a plot of land located in the City of Buenos Aires, for the development of a real estate project.

In order to secure the due and punctual performance of all obligations assumed by RAGHSA under the loan agreement, RAGHSA granted, in favor of ICBC, an assignment by way of security of the collection rights arising from a lease agreement.
