TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. (“ICBC”), in its capacity as lender, in the structuring of a loan agreement to Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (“EDENOR”) the largest electricity distributor in Argentina, for an amount of AR$65,000,000,000.

EDENOR holds an exclusive concession to distribute electricity in the northwest of Greater Buenos Aires and in the northern area of the City of Buenos Aires, covering a surface of 4,637 square kilometers and a population of approximately nine million inhabitants.

Legal Counsel to EDENOR: it was carried out by EDENOR’s in-house legal team, led by Legal Affairs Manager Federico Ponelli.

Legal counsel to ICBC: TCA Tanoira Cassagne through a team led by Partners Alexia Rosenthal and Ignacio Criado Diaz; and Associate Carolina Mercero.
