TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the creation of the program of trust debt securities “GOCRÉDITOS” (the “Program”) for a total aggregate amount of UVAS 25,000,000 and the issuance of the first financial trust “GOCRÉDITOS SERIE 1” (the “Trust”), under the Program for a total aggregate amount of AR$ 5,343,227,882.

TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee and issuer and Finanzas Digitales S.A.S. acted as trustor. StoneX Securities S.A. acted as Arrangement agent and Placement agent of the Trust and First Corporate Finance Advisors S.A. as financial advisor of the Trust.

Finanzas Digitales S.A.S. is a company engaged in providing financial services under the GO brand, offering its own proprietary technology solution for extending credit and for managing and processing electronic collections and payments related to the personal loans originated through its digital platform.
