TCA Tanoira Cassagne (“TCA”) advised Fox Petrol S.A. on the creation of its global program for the issuance of simple non-convertible notes for a maximum amount of up to US$ 50,000,000 outstanding at any time (the “Program”), which was authorized by the National Securities Commission (the “CNV” for its acronym in Spanish) on November 26, 2024.

Fox Petrol S.A. has a track record of over 20 years and the necessary infrastructure to process crude oil, enabling it to produce a significant volume of fuels. These fuels are used to supply the local market and export solvents to regional markets.

The company specializes in the production and distribution of three primary types of liquid fuels obtained through the atmospheric distillation of crude oil. Its operations rely on an atmospheric distillation plant to ensure the consistent production of its offerings.
