TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Agro de Souza S.A. as issuer (the “Issuer”), and Banco Supervielle as arranger and placement agent in the issuance of the Series II Class 2 Notes with a nominal value of ARS 1,000,000,000; denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos, which will accrue interest at a floating rate equal to the BADLAR rate plus a 7.5% margin, maturing on December 17, 2026 (the “Notes”).

The Notes will be issued on December 17, 2024; and are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle as guaranteeing entity authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).

Agro de Souza S.A. is a company that diversifies its productive activity into three main business units: (i) the sale of new and used agricultural machinery, (ii) the exploitation of agricultural production and (iii) the generation of bioenergy through renewable sources.
