TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the individual financial trust “Crucianelli Serie I” (the “Trust”).

Banco CMF S.A. acted as trustee and issuer (the “Trustee”), Talleres Metalúrgicos Crucianelli S.A. acted as trustor (the “Trustor”) and Banco CMF S.A., FIRST Capital Markets S.A. and Tarallo S.A. acted as placements agents (the “Placements Agents”) in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust for a total aggregate amount of US$ 6,050,000.

Talleres Metalúrgicos Crucianelli S.A. is the leading company in the manufacturing and sale of agricultural machinery. It has a network of over 70 dealers throughout the country and also has an international presence.

The trust securities were issued on September 3, 2026.
