TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the financial trust “PARETO Series 16” (the “Trust”), under the Trust Debt Securities Global Program “PARETO” (the “Program”).

TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee and issuer (the “Trustee”) and Espacio Digital S.A. acted as trustor (the “Trustor”), in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust for a total aggregate amount of AR$2,691,381,318.

StoneX Securities S.A. acted as arrangement agent and as placement agent, Banco Comafi S.A. acted as placement agent and First Corporate Finance Advisors S.A. acted as financial advisor of the Trust.

The purpose of the issuance, through the proposed innovative structure, was to fund the Trustor with the assignment to the Trust of the personal loans granted by him through its digital platform, being its instrumentation exclusively by electronic means.

Espacio Digital S.A. is a Fintech specialized in providing digital services to individuals, with focus on the consumer finance business.

The debt securities were issued on August 7, 2026 under the regime for financial trusts with automatic authorization for frequent issuances.
