TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the financial trust “ALZ Agrocap Serie III – FACTURAS” (the “Trust”), within the Program of Trust Debt Securities “AGROCAP”.

Banco CMF S.A. acted as trustee and issuer (the “Trustee”), ALZ Semillas S.A. acted as trustor (the “Trustor”), Banco Coinag S.A. and PP Inversiones S.A. acted as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”) in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust for a total aggregate amount of $4,000,000 and certificates of participation for a total aggregate amount of US$2,605,543.

ALZ Semillas S.A. is a young but experienced company dedicated to the commercialization of seeds, fertilizers and agrochemicals.

The trust securities were issued on March 17, 2026.
