TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel in the issuance of the financial trust “ALZ Agrocap Serie II” (the “Trust”), within the Program of Trust Debt Securities “AGROCAP” and under the framework for Financial Trusts with Automatic Authorization due to their Medium Impact.

Banco CMF S.A. acted as trustee and issuer (the “Trustee”) and ALZ Semillas S.A. acted as trustor (the “Trustor”), in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust for a total aggregate amount of $5,000,000 and certificates of participation for a total aggregate amount of US$2,241,544.

ALZ Semillas S.A. is a young but experienced company dedicated to the commercialization of seeds, fertilizers and agrochemicals.

The trust securities were issued on December 11, 2025.
