TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Dracma S.A. as fund manager and Banco Comafi S.A. as Custodian, in the third issuance of shares of the real estate Closed-end Investment Fund “DRACMA FONDO COMÚN DE INVERSIÓN CERRADO INMOBILIARIO” (the “Fund”), in the amount of AR$ 770,611,844.

The shares were successfully placed on August 23, 2023.

The amount of shares placed represented the sum of 288,618,668 at a price of AR$2.67 per share.

The Fund’s special purpose is to invest in real estate assets (Specific Assets).

The Fund provided for two classes of condominium shares. Each share gives the right to one (1) vote, to participate in the distribution of profits that may be decided by the fund manager and to participate in the proceeds that may exist at the time of the liquidation of the Fund.

The shares of the Fund have been authorized for their listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

Dracma S.A. and Banco Comafi S.A. also participated as placement agents.
