Tanoira Cassagne advises on the granting of a syndicated loan of an aggregate amount of AR$200.000.000 granted by Banco Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. (“Banco Galicia”) and Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (“Banco Ciudad”) to Contreras Hermanos S.A.I.C.I.F.A.G. y M (“CONTRERAS”), an argentine company that leads high complexity engineering and construction works in Latin America and carry out major projects for the region development in connection with the production, transportation and processing of oil and gas, energy, mining and infrastructure.

The loan is secured with an assignment of CONTRERAS collection rights arising from a civil construction and assembly agreement celebrated with the Argentine Ministry of Energy and Mining and the Company for the construction of a pipeline project denominated “Ampliación Sistema del Transporte y Distribución de Gas Natural”.
