Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised Puente Hnos. S.A., as issuer, organizer and placement agent, on Puente Hnos. S.A. issuance of their U$S 10,000,000 Class 14 Short Term Notes due 2019 (the “Short Term Notes”) and in the increase of the total amount of the Short Term Debt Securities Program from AR$ 500 million up to U$S 150 million (or its equivalent in other currencies).
