Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Meranol S.A.C.I., as issuer, in the issuance of Notes issued in two classes: (i) Notes Class 3 for the amount of AR$42,222,222; and (ii) Notes Class 4 for the amount of US$500,000.
The transaction, which closed on December 19th, 2018, was carried out under the 200 million Argentine Pesos Notes Global Program.
Notes Class 3 are due on June 21th, 2020, and were tendered at 12% over BADLAR rate, with interests payable half yearly.
