Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997.

He completed the Program on US Business Law at Michigan University and participated in several academic programs such as “Executive Director (CEO) Remuneration & Stock Options” and “Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance”. 

In addition to being author and co-author of books in his field of specialization, he has published different articles and papers.

He was adjunct professor at Universidad de Palermo and UCES, and teaching assistant for “Elements of Commercial Law” at the School of Law of UBA. Additionally, he has participated as a guest lecturer in postgraduate courses at UBA. 

His practice is focused on advising and executing M&A transactions, corporate matters, arbitrations and commercial litigation, representing both local and foreign companies.
