Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad del Salvador.

He obtained a Master´s degree on Business Law at Universidad Austral.

He is in charge of the Department of Corporate Law, and has extensive experience on providing advice on the structuring of startups and investment funds.

His practice is focused on advising different industries as well as local and multinational companies on corporate matters, international transactions, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, agribusiness, corporate matters and investment projects.

He is also experienced in litigation related to corporate conflicts and disputes derived from complex transactions.
