Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He completed a Master´s degree in finance at Universidad del CEMA.

He has acted as advisor of sovereign and sub-sovereign entities in debt operations of different provinces and in the national debt swap in 2010. Additionally, he has provided advice on financial and capital market operations to the most important companies in the country.

His practice is focused on advising both local and international entities on capital markets, Banking and Financial Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Regulations of the Central Bank of Argentina, Financial Restructurings, issuances from sovereign and sub-sovereign entities, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law.
