Lawyer. He graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina. 

He has obtained a Master´s degree on Law and Economy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Global as “Associate to Watch on Banking & Finance”, and as “Rising Star on Banking & Finance” by The Legal.

He specializes on CNV regulations, securitization and structured financial transactions, and is a professor of the Postgraduate program on Banking Law and Corporate Finance at Universidad Austral.

He has contributed to several articles related to financial regulation and project finance.

His practice is focused on advising local and international entities on Capital Markets, Banking and Financial Law, debt restructuring, public and private securities issuance, and Central Bank regulations.
