Lawyer, he graduated from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.

He holds a Master’s degree on Business Law from Universidad Austral.

His present practice is focused on Real Estate, Agribusiness and general corporate advice, especially contract drafting.

Some of his main tasks are providing advice to national and foreign clients on the design, implementation and development of tourism, real estate and agro-industrial projects, with a special focus on the design of trust structures.

He has also participated in numerous M&A and start-up operations, and investment and sale of new companies. He handles litigious matters (civil and commercial) of the projects he is part of.
