Lawyer. She graduated from Universidad Austral. 

She holds a Postgraduate degree in Legal Advice to Companies from the Universidad Católica Argentina and completed Master’s studies in Business Law at the Universidad Austral.

Her practice is focused on structuring startups and distributing capital among founders and investors, local and international structuring of venture capital funds and open innovation investment funds for large corporations, for their investment in Argentina and other countries in the region.

In addition, she works on the management and assistance in creating Entrepreneurial Capital Institutions and their registration in the RICE (Entrepreneurial Capital Institutions Registry). She also provides assistance in venture capital fundraising and transaction structuring, as well as comprehensive legal advice on business matters for startups.
